Professional profile

Dr Amanda Rabone was appointed as a consultant radiologist at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust in 2019. She studied at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ School of Medicine in London graduating in 2012 with distinctions.   

Her specialty training in Clinical Radiology was completed at district general hospitals and tertiary centres in Kent and London. During this time, she developed subspecialty interests in breast and gynaecological imaging.

Her consultant role incorporates both general radiology and subspecialty imaging, which includes being a member of the breast and gynae-oncology cancer multidisciplinary teams.

Dr Rabone has written a radiology examination revision book, published in peer-reviewed journals and has presented both nationally and internationally.
