We will discuss the appointments available and find an appointment to suit your schedule.
At your initial consultation you can expect to discuss:
*Some consultants require medical history or a GP referral before you see them. If this is the case, it will be discussed with you before your appointment is made.
We advise you to bring current prescriptions and highlight any tests/scans you have had recently.
After your initial consultation, we will offer you a fixed price quote which will cover all of your treatment costs.
This will include your treatment discussed with your consultant so that you do not receive any unexpected bills or charges.
When you confirm you would like to go ahead with treatment we will arrange a convenient treatment date for you.
We can provide guide prices on all of our most common procedures. We can also advise on the cost of your initial consultation with the consultant of your choice.
Once you have had your initial consultation our team can offer you a fixed price quote with no hidden charges. This will include everything you discussed with your consultant during your consultation.
Fixed quotes are only valid for 60 days, so contact our private patient team if your quote has expired and you wish to go ahead after the 60 day term.
Your fixed price quote covers all costs relating to your care following initial consultation and any recommended tests.
The fixed price is made up of:
*Physiotherapy services are included with specific treatments such as orthopaedics. If you need physiotherapy and this is not included in your quote please contact us.
We accept payment by credit or debit card, BACS or GOV.UK this can be found as a QR code within your fixed quote or you can pay over the phone.

You will be sent the terms and conditions along with your fixed quote.
The fixed quote is based on the procedure/prosthesis advised by your consultant.
If there is a change to your procedure/prosthesis your consultant will discuss this with you to obtain your consent and we will give you a new fixed quote.
If your consultant says you need a different procedure/prosthesis, we will give you a fixed quote for each and bill the highest quote.
This will be reimbursed if the lower priced procedure/prosthesis is used.
