Since 2016, she has served as Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.
Her practice is founded on compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each woman's unique needs and health priorities. Her clinical expertise centres on comprehensive menopause management and personalised hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including specialised treatments such as hormone implants and contraceptive coils.
She offers advanced minimally-invasive surgery through laparoscopic and hysteroscopic approaches for benign gynaecological conditions including fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic pain, PCOS, and menstrual disorders. Her practice encompasses specialist care in cervical pathology (colposcopy and LLETZ treatments), management of premenstrual disorders (PMS, PMDD, PME) and dedicated paediatric and adolescent gynaecology services.
Her breadth of clinical experience allows her to address complex and sensitive gynaecological conditions effectively, combining current evidence-based approaches with refined surgical techniques.
She also offers specialised maternal medicine consultations, providing expert pre-conception counselling and pregnancy planning for women with pre-existing medical conditions.
Miss Mizon maintains active connections with St Thomas' Hospital through her work in maternal medicine, which enhances her practice with the latest developments in women's healthcare. She regularly contributes to quality improvement initiatives, with a particular focus on enhancing patient safety and care standards.
She is committed to providing exceptional women's healthcare at every life stage, and her approach prioritises thoughtful communication and shared decision-making, ensuring each woman feels heard, informed, and empowered throughout her treatment journey. She believes in creating a supportive clinical environment where concerns can be discussed openly, and care plans reflect individual preferences and needs.
